The restaurant at "Les Magnolias" is open every evening and on Sunday lunch times all year round, inviting you to savour its Epicurean experience. We offer a choice of three set menus at different prices in our historic dining rooms or on our terraces if weather conditions are favourable. All meals are freshly prepared. As this takes some time, we recommend that you reserve a table for an approximate time.

Our cuisine is light and simple, its fulsome flavour engendered by
the specially selected ingredients that are always fresh.
We use regional products, but their preparation is governed by a range of
international influences. Our head chef, William Nivoliez, is a Frenchman from
Aveyron who loves Mediterranean and oriental cuisine. He therefore creates
dishes that you will not find anywhere else.
We shall of course help you to select a suitable wine to accompany your
meal, so as to enhance the symbiotic relationship between the superior wine and choice food, thus maximising the taste experience.
